Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables to order. You will train Crew members and drive a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen while promoting teamwork to deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, quality control, and adherence to Chipotle’s policies throughout daily operations. Prior restaurant experience is required and advancement is available.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to order.
• Ensure food quality and safety in daily kitchen operations.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, well stocked, and maintained.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork and deliver a great customer experience.
• Maintain proper MSDS and FIFO records as needed.
