Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Milford is seeking a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You’ll order the food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader ensures the kitchen is clean, organized, well stocked, and maintained. You’ll promote teamwork and deliver an outstanding customer experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies to ensure food quality and safety.
