Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to guide food preparation and team development in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, ensure high food quality and safety, and keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll be on your feet and actively contribute to meeting station goals while promoting teamwork and adherence to Chipotle’s standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain equipment and repair as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
