Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will ensure food quality and safety daily, maintain an organized and stocked kitchen, and uphold equipment maintenance standards. As a Kitchen Leader, you will promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews, lead by example, and contribute to delivering a memorable customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures while performing duties.
• Cook and prep food to order ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Monitor equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation.
