Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fort Oglethorpe, GA is looking for a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare delicious food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while guiding a crew to deliver a great customer experience.

You’ll ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness, train teammates to become future Kitchen Leaders, and help maintain a fast, friendly dining atmosphere for guests. Join a values-driven team focused on growth and exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.
• Maintain equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
