Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to train crews, prep delicious food, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. You will order supplies, supervise readiness, and help develop future Kitchen Leaders while upholding Chipotle’s high standards for quality and safety.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. It’s a hands-on leadership position requiring strong communication and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory and resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
• Monitor equipment and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO inventory.
