Chipotle Mexican Grill in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring delicious, safe meals. Qualifications

• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle’s policies and procedures while cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well-stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory processes.
