Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring delicious, safe food and an organized, well-stocked kitchen. You will train Crew, promote teamwork, and support front- and back-of-house operations while meeting station goals and delivering a great customer experience.

As a Kitchen Leader you’ll role-model Chipotle’s standards, manage daily shift duties, and contribute to a fast-casual dining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked; maintain equipment in good condition.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
