Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will oversee food quality, safety, inventory, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will promote teamwork, ensure a safe and clean kitchen, and support a strong customer experience while on the clock. Prior restaurant experience is valued and tuition assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized; maintain equipment.
