Job summary

Cane Rosso White Rock, part of PILF Restaurant Group, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a high‑volume kitchen, coach a strong BOH team, and uphold our pizza quality standards. You’ll own food cost, inventory, labor, and schedules while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and a culture of accountability.

Ideal candidates will have prior kitchen leadership, ServSafe certification, and the ability to train and develop talent, even during busy shifts. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong ability to develop and coach a BOH team.
• Proficient in controlling food cost, inventory, and labor.
• Experience with scheduling and ensuring food safety standards.
