Job summary

PILF Restaurant Group's Cane Rosso Sachse is seeking a Pizza Maker / Line Cook to craft pizzas and menu items according to family recipes and quality standards. You will stretch dough, build pizzas, and operate pizza ovens with attention to portioning and presentation.

You'll work on multiple stations, set up and stock your station, and maintain cleanliness while following food safety standards. The team emphasizes passion, speed, and pride in every plate.

Qualifications

• Experience in pizza or kitchen work preferred, but training is provided.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Team player and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Stretch dough, build pizzas, and maintain consistent portioning and presentation
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Cook and prepare food on multiple kitchen stations as needed
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout each shift
• Ensure every plate and pizza leaves the kitchen with accuracy and pride
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during busy service
• Assist with prep, stocking, receiving deliveries, and cleaning duties
• Support teammates wherever needed because great kitchens succeed together
