Job summary

PILF Restaurant Group in Texas is seeking a Pizza Maker for our Cane Rosso White Rock location. You will hand-stretch dough, build pizzas, and work on the line to craft memorable pies.

In a fast-paced kitchen, you'll uphold recipe standards, maintain station cleanliness, and collaborate with the team. PILF supports growth, training, and a fun culture that values pride in every plate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Stretch dough and build pizzas with consistent portions.
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
• Cook on multiple stations as needed.
• Set up and maintain your station through shift.
• Ensure plates leave the kitchen accurately and proudly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen during busy service.
• Assist with prep, stocking, deliveries, cleaning.
• Support teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare pizzas and menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Stretch dough, build pizzas, and maintain consistent portioning and presentation
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Cook and prepare food on multiple kitchen stations as needed
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout each shift
• Ensure every plate and pizza leaves the kitchen with accuracy and pride
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during busy service
• Assist with prep, stocking, receiving deliveries, and cleaning duties
• Support teammates wherever needed because great kitchens succeed together

• Previous pizza, line cook, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
