Job summary

PILF Restaurant Group is hiring a Pizza Maker / Line Cook for our Cane Rosso Arlington location. You’ll hand-stretch dough, assemble pizzas, and operate ovens while maintaining quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pizza making and/or line cook roles is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Stretch dough, build pizzas, and maintain consistent portioning and presentation.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cook and prepare food on multiple kitchen stations as needed.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout each shift.
• Ensure every plate and pizza leaves the kitchen with accuracy and pride.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during busy service.
• Assist with prep, stocking, receiving deliveries, and cleaning duties.
• Support teammates wherever needed because great kitchens succeed together.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous pizza, line cook, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train the right person.
