Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order the food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

The Kitchen Lead helps ensure quality and safety, maintains kitchen organization, and keeps equipment in good condition. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, with focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand work location language.

Mansioni

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized, and equipment is maintained.
• Assist with MSDS and FIFO processes.
