Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables while upholding the brand’s standards. You will order supplies, train Crew for future Kitchen Leaders, and model teamwork to deliver a great customer experience.

The role emphasizes maintaining food quality and safety, keeping the kitchen clean and well-stocked, and assisting teammates to meet daily goals on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn kitchen operations.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support strong teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation as required.
