This role supports legendary food with a hands-on management style and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will supervise production, ensure consistent recipes and help manage inventory and staff during peak hours, while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment and a positive team culture.

• Experience supervising kitchen production and staff.
• Familiar with safe food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees the production of food
• Monitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of equipment and area
