CHOPT Creative Salad Co. is seeking a Kitchen Lead in Westlake, OH to uphold food quality and safety while guiding line prep and daily operations. This role collaborates with the Back-of-House team to ensure efficient service, supports ordering and inventory processes, and leads communication for LTO roll-outs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical and quantitative skills required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold CHOPT’s food quality and safety standards in kitchen and on the line; initiate corrective actions with employees as needed.
• Work with Back-of-House team to execute food prep and set-up the line before service.
• Participate in early opening shift functions; initiate prep activities before MOD arrives.
• Manage portion control via daily tests and report results to GM/AGM.
