• Strong reading of blueprints, schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect commercial kitchen exhaust systems per NFPA standards.
• Maintain safety procedures and protect customer property.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Document work with before/after photos and service reports.
• Follow OSHA, NFPA 96 and company safety guidelines.
• Travel to client sites and work flexible hours as needed.
