Job summary

Blum USA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover the Los Angeles and Orange County region, driving sales of premier Blum product lines to existing and new customers.

You will build relationships, deliver product training and demonstrations, monitor sales performance, and travel overnight as needed, contributing to a collaborative, family-oriented culture and continuous learning at Blum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years sales experience.
• Initiative-taking and team player with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and improve, capable of independent work.
• Must be 21+, valid US driver’s license, able to travel overnight.
• MS Office proficient with analytical skills; CRM experience a plus.
• Experience in woodworking or kitchen cabinet industry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of premier Blum product lines to existing and new customers.
• Maintain regular contact to cultivate relationships and implement initiatives.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and analyze results for opportunities.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to educate customers.
• Travel overnight as required and communicate with management.
