M&M Fire Protection & Security in Goshen, IN is seeking a Kitchen Fire Suppression Technician to service, inspect, and repair commercial kitchen suppression systems. The role requires on-call rotation and a commitment to safety and compliance with NFPA codes.

Candidates should have experience with restaurant suppression systems, NFPA knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers. On-site work and varied hours, including nights and weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• Three years of licensed driving experience required.
• Experience inspecting restaurant fire suppression systems preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes for restaurant suppression.
• Willing to work varied hours including nights, mornings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and repairing pre-engineered restaurant fire suppression systems (ANSUL, Pyro Chem, Range Guard, Piranha).
• Adhering to NFPA codes, manufacturer guidelines and local fire codes.
• On-site emergency troubleshooting of suppression systems.
• Identify NFPA non-conformances and document work performed.
• Perform fire marshal tests and inspections.
• Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation.
• On-call rotation availability.
