Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Utility Worker at Pinewood Preparatory School to support kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization across food production and service areas. You will clean equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and storage spaces, transport supplies, and assist with setup and breakdown tasks as directed.

Responsibilities include handwashing dishes, sanitizing work areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Clean equipment using specified chemicals to ensure sanitation.
• Restock supplies like soap and paper towels.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and with regularity.
• May be assigned other duties depending on account needs.
