Job summary

Sodexo in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Utility Worker to support kitchen and facility operations by keeping food production and service areas clean, sanitized, organized, and well stocked. You will wash dishes, wipe surfaces, mop floors, and assist with basic set-up and break-down.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Clean equipment using appropriate chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies (soap, towels, cleaning materials).
• Assist with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed.
