The role involves cleaning equipment, floors, walls, and storage spaces, transporting supplies, and assisting with basic setup and breakdown tasks.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and knowledge of sanitation procedures; no related work experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors; removes trash; restocks supplies.
