Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in stewarding, dishwashing, or prep cook roles within a well-rated hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full-time availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise stewarding staff responsible for cleaning and general upkeep of all culinary areas, including dishwashing, trash removal, floor care, smallwares cleaning and organization, and special cleaning projects.
• Provide banquet and event support, including organizing and delivering setups and prepared food, as well as assisting with cleaning before, during, and after events.
• Assist with basic food preparation and finishing as needed.
