Qualifications

• Two+ years of post-high school education; culinary education desirable.
• Five+ years of employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred; knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily kitchen production for restaurant and room service.
• Manage Human Resources in production areas: hire, train, coach, review performance.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and compliance with HEI standards; control labor and food costs.
