Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to manage expo flow.
• Ensure hot items stay hot and cold items stay cold.
• Organize table orders in expo area by tickets.
• Maintain set-up, cleanliness, and organization of work area.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Expedite food for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar.
• Support service team to create repeat business and reduce guest complaints.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
