Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Bedford, VA is seeking an Expo team member to ensure timely food prep and accurate fulfillment of guest orders for TueGo, catering, dining room and bar areas.

You will use the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain service flow, coordinate with service and heart of house teams, and help deliver high-quality, on-spec dishes.

No prior experience required; must be 18+, able to stand long hours, and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain service flow and accuracy.
• Ensure hot foods stay hot and cold foods stay cold.
• Organize expo area tables according to tickets.
• Perform side work and station maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle re-cooks and allergen orders.
• Expedite food for TueGo, Catering, dining room and bar.
• Maintain a courteous, team-focused attitude.
• Support the service team to create revisit opportunities and reduce complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.
