Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking an Expo team member to ensure timely, accurate food preparation and coordination with service and heart of house teams for TueGo, Catering, dining room and bar areas.

Responsibilities include using the Kitchen Display System, maintaining quality and presentation, organizing expo area, and upholding safety and sanitation standards while supporting a friendly, teamwork-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain flow of service and prepare items to spec.
• Ensure highest quality preparation and presentation of food items; keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold.
• Organize table orders in the expo area according to tickets.
• Complete side work and station maintenance.
• Set up, clean, and organize work area before, during, and after shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle re-cooks and special orders, including allergens.
• Expedite service for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas.
• Maintain a gracious, friendly attitude and contribute to a teamwork-based environment.
• Support service team to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints.
