Ruby Tuesday in Marietta, GA is seeking an Expo team member to ensure all food orders are prepared on time, according to guest requests and our recipes. You will use the Kitchen Display System to manage order flow, confirm proper hot and cold temperatures, organize table orders, and expedite TueGo, Catering, dining room and bar service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Able to provide friendly guest service.
• Follow proper food handling and serving techniques and regulations.
• Operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.
• Maintain attention to detail and good time management.
• Be flexible with schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and expedite food per orders and guest modifications.
• Maintain expo flow and organize table orders.
• Ensure food quality and presentation; keep items hot or cold as required.
• Keep expo area clean and organized before, during and after every shift.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
