Ruby Tuesday in Charleston, SC is seeking an Expo team member to manage order flow, prep to spec, and coordinate with service and heart of house teams for TueGo, catering, dining room and bar areas.

You will use the Kitchen Display System to maintain efficiency, ensure correct temperatures, and support a fast-paced service environment. No prior experience required and a positive, team‑oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving regulations.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.
• Attention to details with good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain flow of service and prepare items to spec.
• Ensure highest quality preparation and presentation; keep hot food hot and cold food cold.
• Organize the expo area by ticket sequence and station needs.
• Complete side work and station maintenance tasks.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Handle re-cooks and allergen orders; expedite food for TueGo, Catering, dining room and bar.
• Support service team to create positive guest experiences and repeat business.
