Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking an Expo role to ensure timely food preparation and accurate execution of guest modifications. You will coordinate with kitchen and service teams to expedite TueGo/Catering orders and maintain expo area organization.

The position emphasizes safe food handling, cleanliness, and a proactive, team-focused attitude to support dining room and bar service. Applicable to high-volume environments with allergen awareness.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain service flow, control cost/waste, and prepare items to spec with guest modifications
• Ensure high quality prep and presentation; keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold
• Organize table orders in expo area according to tickets
• Complete side work and station maintenance
• Set up, clean, and organize the work area before, during, and after each shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Manage re-cooks and special-order requests, including allergen orders
• Expedite food service for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas
• Maintain a gracious, friendly attitude and contribute to a teamwork-based environment
• Support the service team to generate new and repeat business and minimize guest complaints
• Perform other duties as assigned
