Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking an Expo team member in Saint Robert, MO to coordinate kitchen flow and ensure orders are prepared to spec for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas.

Responsibilities include using the Kitchen Display System, organizing expo stations, and maintaining cleanliness while following safety guidelines. Candidates must be 18+, with strong guest service and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Provide friendly guest service and follow food handling guidelines.
• Follow federal, state and local serving regulations.
• Able to operate a computer/phone and other office equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional attitude with good listening and communication.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to manage service flow, keep items to spec, and accommodate guest modifications.
• Ensure high quality preparation and presentation; keep hot items hot and cold items cold.
• Organize expo area and tickets for efficient service.
• Complete side work and station maintenance.
• Set up, clean, and organize the work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle re-cooks and allergen orders.
• Expedite service for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas.
• Maintain a friendly, team-focused attitude and contribute to guest satisfaction.
• Support the service team to create new and repeat business and minimize complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.
