Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring at Skamania Lodge in the Pacific Northwest for an expeditor role in our bustling kitchen. You will read and organize tickets, coordinate timing for tables, and ensure dish accuracy and presentation before service.

We seek candidates with high-volume hospitality experience, a WA Food Handlers Card, and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. Be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience expediting or serving in a high-volume environment.
• WA Food Handlers Card (we can help with this).
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reading and organizing tickets as orders come into the kitchen.
• Coordinating timing so all dishes for a table are ready together.
• Checking accuracy—right dish, modifications, allergies, sides, sauces, etc.
• Checking presentation and quality before food leaves the kitchen.
• Communicating with cooks and servers when something is missing, delayed, or needs to be remade.
• Calling for runners/servers and telling them which dishes go to which table or seat.
• Managing the flow during a rush, prioritizing tickets so the kitchen does't get backed up.
