Qualifications

• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Bus, clean, and reset tables promptly; notify the host when seating is ready.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked tables and service stations using clean-as-you-go.
• Provide water to guests on seating and deliver prompt, courteous service.
• Assist servers by running food and beverages; support overall table service.
• Complete all pre-shift and side work, including rolling silverware.
• Deliver dishes and unload trays; keep the dish pit clean and organized.
• Know daily specials and menu offerings.
