Kitchen Guard is seeking a dependable, hands-on team member to deep-clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and rooftop systems in Sheridan, CO, using hot-water pressure washers. You’ll work independently with a small team, earning solid pay, overtime, and opportunities for advancement.

We train the trade and provide uniforms, safety gear, and opportunities for growth from Technician to Lead Tech. Night shifts require reliability and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Setting up pressure washers, hoses, and protective plastic in restaurant kitchens.
• Power washing hoods, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans down to bare metal.
• Taking quality before-and-after photos to verify work compliance.
• Meticulously cleaning up the kitchen so it’s spotless before the restaurant opens.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Night

• Setting up pressure washers, hoses, and protective plastic in restaurant kitchens.


• Power washing hoods, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans down to bare metal.


• Taking quality before-and-after photos to verify work compliance.


• Meticulously cleaning up the kitchen so it’s spotless before the restaurant opens.

Basic Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and reliable rides to our shop in Sheridan.


• Physical Capability: Able to climb ladders to get on roofs, lift 50 lbs, and stand for long shifts.


• Night Shift Comfort: Comfortable working late-night/overnight schedules.
