Job summary

Kitchen Guard of Colorado is hiring for night-shift hood cleaning technicians. You will set up pressure washers and protective plastic in restaurant kitchens, then power wash hoods and rooftop exhaust fans to bare metal, finally capturing before-and-after photos to verify compliance.

We offer solid pay starting at $20/hr plus overtime and performance bonuses. Training and NFPA 96 Fire Safety certification are provided, as are uniforms and safety gear, with clear pathways from Technician to Lead

The Job in Short:

We deep-clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and roofs using hot-water pressure washers. It's dirty, hands-on work, but the pay is solid, hours are consistent, and you work independently with a small team.

Basic Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and reliable rides to our shop in Sheridan.
• Physical Capability: Able to climb ladders to get on roofs, lift 50 lbs, and stand for long shifts.
• Night Shift Comfort: Comfortable working late-night/overnight schedules.
