About The Work Kitchen Guard performs fire‑safety–critical kitchen exhaust cleaning and inspection services for commercial kitchens. Our work directly impacts whether a kitchen can safely operate and pass inspection. We run structured night operations with defined processes, heavy documentation, and high accountability.
This is a working leadership role. The Foreman leads a two‑person crew, works hands‑on, and is accountable for job quality, safety, documentation, and outcomes.
Completion to standard means adherence to safety procedures, job checklists, and required documentation.
