Kitchen Guard of Colorado is seeking dependable, hard‑working individuals to clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems. You’ll set up pressure washers and protective gear, power wash hoods and rooftop exhaust fans, and document work with before‑and‑after photos.
Night shifts are common, training is provided, and growth from Technician to Lead Tech / Foreman is possible as you prove clean, efficient work and reliable attendance.
We deep-clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and roofs using hot-water pressure washers. It’s dirty, hands‑on work, but the pay is solid, hours are consistent, and you work independently with a small team.
We can train the trade, but we can’t train work ethic.
You don't need prior hood cleaning experience if you bring these key traits to the team:
Kitchen Guard is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting, retaining, developing, and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by federal or state law. We are dedicated to providing a work environment free from discrimination and harassment, and where employees are treated with respect and dignity.
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
