Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle is hiring a Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning for our overnight crew. You will oversee job-site setup, power washing, equipment maintenance, and site takedown, driving safety and team performance in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

We value dependable, hands-on professionals from fields like overnight shipping, pest control, power washing, or HVAC who can contribute to our rapid expansion.

Company: Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle

Location: SeaTac, WA

Shift: Overnight (8-10 PM check-in, 4-6 AM check-out)

Position: Full-Time (35-55 hours per week)

Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour

About The Role

As the Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.
