Kitchen Guard of Orlando is seeking a Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning to join our overnight crew. You will supervise site setup, power wash commercial kitchen exhausts, and maintain equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Role requires leadership, problem solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The team values reliability, accountability, and high standards of service.

About The Role

As the Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technician, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 fire safety standards. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

Requirements
