Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: Overnight (8-10 PM check-in, 4-6 AM check-out)
Position: Full-Time (40-55 hours per week)

About the Role:

As the Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technician, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 fire safety standards. You’ll oversee job‑site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.
