Kitchen Guard, an EverSmith Brand, is hiring an Overnight Shift - Associate Hood Cleaning Technician to support night operations for commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning. You will work with a Lead Foreman as part of a two-person team on night jobs and be responsible for efficient setup and cleanup of sites.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently during long overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights and handle an overnight shift.
• Able to climb ladders and access rooftops at commercial sites.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for long durations.

Responsibilities

• Power wash kitchen exhaust systems including hoods, ductwork, filters and fans.
• Set up and takedown of jobsites and equipment efficiently.
• Work independently without direct supervision on nightly projects.
• Maintain and manage equipment; report discrepancies promptly.

Please note: This role is an overnight shift -- typically from 8-10pm check-in and between 4-7am check-out. Competitive compensation to reward the overnight work. Candidates with overnight work experience are strongly preferred. This will be a full-time position working 40-55 hours per week. This individual will be working with a Lead Foreman as a two-man team on night jobs.

Job Summary

As a Overnight Shift - Associate Hood Cleaning Technician you'll be at the heart of our operations. Responsibilities include:

• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Maintaining and managing equipment, and reporting any discrepancies.

Physical Requirements

• Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
• Ability to squat, lift and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.
• Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.
• Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.

Compensation: $640.00 - $980.00 per hour
