Job Overview:

Foreman / Lead Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician

• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.
• Responsible for successful work product of the crew

Shift: Overnight (9-11 PM check‑in, 5-7 AM check‑out). Position: Full‑Time (40-50 hours per week).
