Job summary

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on ovens, ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, gas-powered equipment, and documenting service history.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on ovens, ranges, grills, fryers, steamers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and food prep equipment.
• Repair or replace defective components including heating elements, thermostats, motors, compressors, pumps, valves, gaskets, and control systems.
• Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with health codes, safety regs, and manufacturer specs.
