• Attention to detail and knowledge of soaps, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.
• Familiar with ware-washing and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supports Food and Beverage department by ensuring ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills and deep fryers are cleaned and maintained to Company standards.
• Must assemble and disassemble kitchen equipment and clean.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards per Department of Health policies.
