Job summary

Legends Bay Casino is seeking a Heavy Duty Cleaner to maintain sanitation in back-of-house areas and equipment. Responsibilities include cleaning and breaking down kitchen equipment, taking out trash, and replenishing ice from salad bars.

The role requires attention to detail and adherence to health standards. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior kitchen or dishwasher experience, and are at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or as a dishwasher preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and breaking down kitchen equipment (stoves, hoods, floors).
• Emptying the trash in all the kitchens; replace ice from the salad bars.
• Clean drains, walls, and counters.
• Other duties as assigned.
