You will coach and develop team members, manage shifts, and uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values while ensuring operational excellence. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage team performance and foster cooperation.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ServSafe certification a plus.
