Chick-fil-A Oak Park Plaza in Overland Park, Kansas, is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Director to lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. This role emphasizes teamwork, leadership development, and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will coach and develop team members, manage shifts, and uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values while ensuring operational excellence. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; ServSafe certification is preferred.
