You will design, quote and present cabinetry options and manage customer communication to ensure satisfaction.

The role involves visiting job sites, performing take-offs, developing relationships, and following through on quotes and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to contractors and homeowners.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen cabinetry, materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs.
• Blueprint reading ability.
• Detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Strong math skills for quotes, discounts and percentages.
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies target customers and grows market share.
• Collects and updates information on customers and trends.
• Services contractors by selling building materials and installed sales services.
• Determines appropriate credit programs based on customer needs.
• Meets/exceeds sales and profit goals through follow-up on leads and market monitoring.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating quotes, scheduling and delivery commitments.
