Carter Lumber Company is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative - Commercial Multi-Family to lead design and sales for new construction and remodeling projects. You will collaborate with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to design kitchens, baths, offices, and more, from measurement to delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and sell to multi-family developers, general contractors, and project teams.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced commercial multi-family environment.
• Flexible schedule based on customer needs.
• Strong math skills for quoting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new construction and remodeling projects from measurement to delivery.
• Work directly with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to design interior spaces.
• Find sales opportunities, perform job site measurement, design, and secure the final sale.
